摘    要:随着新型免疫疗法的临床应用,传统的TNM分期已不能完全满足临床上预测患者疗效的需要。近年来,肿瘤微环境的免疫特征对评价患者预后起到重要作用,基于肿瘤局部免疫细胞亚群分布和细胞密度的免疫评分体系逐渐成为患者预后评价中的重要指标,并在多种肿瘤研究中得到了验证。最近,随着质谱流式及单细胞测序等新技术的应用,肿瘤免疫图谱的研究日渐兴起,多种新型免疫细胞亚群得到鉴定,这既有利于指导患者进行个体化的免疫治疗,还有望为后续新型免疫疗法的开发提供潜在的新靶点。本文就近年来该方面的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress on tumor immune microenvironment evaluation in efficacy prediction

Abstract:With the clinical applications of new immunotherapies, traditional TNM staging has been unable to meet the clinical needsof curative effect predictions. It is known that the immunological features of the tumor immune microenvironment play importantroles in tumor prognosis evaluations. Recently, the immunoscore system, which is based on local immune cell distribution and density, has gradually become an important indicator for prognosis evaluations and has been verified in several tumor researches. Recently, with the application of new mass flow detection and single cell sequencing technologies, the number of immune landscape studieshave also been increasing, and new tumor-specific immune cell subsets have been identified. These subtypes not only provide individualized immunotherapy guidelines for patients, but also provide potential new targets for the further development of new immunotherapy strategies. This review will introduce recent research progress in this field.
