枯草杆菌二联活菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎Meta分析

目的：评价枯草杆菌二联活菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的有效性及安全性。方法：检索数据库，收集枯草杆菌二联活菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗UC的随机对照试验（RCTs），筛选文献，提取资料，进行Meta分析。结果：纳入34个RCT，患者2 837例。Meta分析结果显示，与单用美沙拉嗪相比，联用枯草杆菌二联活菌能显著提高UC临床有效率，降低DAI评分，改善腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便、里急后重症状，减少复发率，降低不良反应发生率，降低患者血清中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、MDA、CRP水平，提高血清中IL-10、SOD水平，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：联合枯草杆菌二联活菌方案比单用美沙拉嗪方案能显著提高UC患者的临床疗效，降低不良反应发生率。

Meta-analysis of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with mesalazine in treating ulcerative colitis

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined living bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules plus mesalazine in treating ulcerative colitis.METHODS From PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane library, Springer link, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang data, random controlled trials (RCTs) about combined living bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules plus mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis were retrieved and collected. Data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.RESULTS Totally 34 RCTs were included involving with 2 837 patients. The Meta-analysis results showed that, compared with mesalazine, combined living bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules plus mesalazine significantly improved the clinical effective rate, decreased DAI score, improved the symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool and tenesmus, reduced recurrence reactions and adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Combined living bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules plus mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis has good therapeutic effect and less adverse reactions.
