| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌是女性较常见的恶性肿瘤，其发病率和死亡率均居恶性肿瘤前列，严重威胁女性的健康。乳腺癌预后生物标志物对预测乳腺肿瘤恶性程度、转移情况和复发情况，以及指导临床治疗方案等具有重要意义。近年来，乳腺癌预后相关分子生物标志物的研究不断取得进展，为有效预测乳腺癌预后状况提供了更多依据。本文将对乳腺癌预后分子生物标志物进行综述。

| Abstract: | Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women.The morbidity and mortality of breast cancer are among the highest in malignant tumors，which seriously threaten women's health.Prognosis biomarkers of breast cancer are important for the prediction of breast cancer malignant，metastasis and recurrence，as well as guiding the clinical treatments.In recent years，the progress of the research on prognostic molecular biomarkers of breast cancer has provided more basis for effectively predicting the prognosis of breast cancer.This review summarizes the recent potent prognostic molecular biomarkers for breast cancer. |
