TAP联合肺癌三项肿瘤标记物检测诊断老年肺癌的价值

目的:探讨肿瘤异常蛋白（TAP）联合肺癌三项肿瘤标记物检测诊断老年肺癌的价值。方法:选自我院于2015年6月至2017年6月期间收治的75例老年肺癌患者作为观察组；62例老年肺部良性疾病患者作为对照组；51例健康体检者作为正常组。测定TAP和血清细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）含量。结果:观察组TAP含量高于对照组和正常组，且对照组高于正常组，均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；观察组血清CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE含量高于对照组和正常组，且对照组高于正常组，均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；TAP+CYFRA21-1+CEA+NSE联合诊断特异度和敏感度高于TAP、CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE单独诊断及CYFRA21-1+CEA+NSE三项联合诊断；TAP与CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE呈线性正相关。结论:TAP联合肺癌三项肿瘤标记物CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE诊断具有较高的特异度和敏感度，且TAP与CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE呈线性正相关。

The value of TAP combined with three tumor markers of lung cancer in the diagnosis of elderly lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the value of tumor specific protein(TAP) combined with three tumor markers of lung cancer in the diagnosis of elderly lung cancer.Methods:75 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer selected from our hospital in June 2015 to June 2017 as observation group，and 62 cases with begnign lung disease as the control group,51 cases of healthy persons as the normal group.The contents of CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE in serum and TAP were measured.Results:The content of TAP in observation group was higher than that in control group and normal group,and control group was higher than that of normal group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE in observation group were higher than that in the control group and the normal group,and control group was higher than that of normal group(P＜0.05).The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of TAP+CYFRA21-1+CEA+NSE is higher than that of TAP,CYFRA21-1,CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1+CEA+NSE.The positive correlation between TAP and CYFRA21-1,CEA,NSE is linear.Conclusion:TAP combined with three tumor markers of lung cancer(CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE) have higher specificity and sensitivity,and TAP is positively related to CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE.
