IMB模式对尿流改道腹壁造口患者自护能力及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型(information-motivation-behavioral skills model，IMB）对尿流改道腹壁造口患者自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选择我院2013年6月至2016年5月行膀胱癌全切术并行尿流改道腹壁造口患者64例，采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为常规护理组和IMB护理组各32例，随访观察6个月后比较两组患者自护能力评分、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果:IMB组患者在自护能力的各维度评分均明显高于常规护理组，而在生活质量的各维度评分及并发症发生率方面均低于常规护理组，均具有明显的统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论:IMB模型能够有效提高尿流改道腹壁造口患者的自护能力及生活质量，同时能够减少并发症的发生率，值得临床推广。

Discussion on the effects of IMB model on urinary self-care ability and quality of life of patients with diversion stoma

Objective:To investigate the effect of IMB model (information-motivation-behavioral skills model，IMB) on self-care ability and quality of life of patients with urinary diversion stoma.Methods:64 cases with total resection of bladder cancer concurrent urinary diversion stoma from June 2013 to May 2016 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and IMB treatment group，32 cases respectively.After 6 months of follow-up，self-care ability score，life quality score and complications were compared between two groups.Results:The each dimension of self-care ability scores on IMB group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group.The incidence rate of complications and each dimension of quality of life score on IMB group were lower than that of the conventional nursing group (P<0.05).Conclusion:IMB can effectively improve self-care ability and quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications，that is worthy of clinical application.
