临床药师参与新生儿重症监护室抗感染会诊69例回顾性分析

目的:总结临床药师参与新生儿重症病房抗感染会诊的经验和效果。方法:对2014年7月-2017年6月间临床药师参与某院新生儿重症监护室会诊病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2014-2017年共参与新生儿重症病房会诊69例。会诊时患者平均日龄为26.85d,申请药师会诊理由以指导选择、调整抗菌药物为主,64例,占92.75%;病原学检查结果阳性患儿共32例;追踪观察病情转归情况,临床药师参与会诊的治疗总有效率为86.96%。结论:新生儿属于临床用药的特殊人群,临床药师参与用药实践,对促进患者的合理用药具有重要意义。

Retrospective analysis of consultations of 69 infection cases in NICU involving clinical pharmacists

OBJECTIVE To summarize the experiences and effects for clinical pharmacists to participate in the consultation of infection cases in NICU. METHODS All cases in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2017 with clinical pharmacists participated in the consultation in NICU were retrospectively analyzed, in terms of basic state, reasons of consultation, sites of infection, results of etiological examination, adopted situation of suggestion and disease outcome. RESULTS Clinical pharmacists participated in the consultations of 69 infection cases. The average age of pediatric patients was 26.85 d. Consultation reasons were given priority to instruction selection, adjustment of antimicrobial agents, accounted for 92.75%. There were 32 cases of positive etiological examination. And 86.96% of cases were relieved. CONCLUSION Neonates are special populations. It is important to improve rational drug use for clinical pharmacists to participate in the medical practice in NICU.
