核因子E2相关因子2在外周T细胞淋巴瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨核因子E2相关因子2 （nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor-2，Nrf2）在外周T细胞淋巴瘤（peripheral T-cell lymphoma，PTCL）组织中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测24例PTCL组织（PTCL组）及17例淋巴结反应性增生组织（对照组）中Nrf2的表达，并分析其与PTCL患者临床病理特征的关系。结果　Nrf2在PTCL组织和淋巴结反应性增生组织中的表达阳性率分别为41.67%和5.88%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（χ²＝4.796，P＝0.029）。Nrf2表达水平与PTCL临床分期、B症状有关（P<0.05），与性别、年龄、乳酸脱氢酶水平（lactate dehydrogenase，LDH）无关（P>0.05）。结论　Nrf2在PTCL组织中呈高表达，在PTCL发生、发展过程中可能发挥重要作用。

Expression of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2 in peripheral T-cell lymphoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2（Nrf2） in peripheral T-cell lymphoma（PTCL）. Methods  Expression of Nrf2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 24 patients with PTCL and 17 patients with reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes，and associations between expression level and clinico-pathological features were analyzed. All data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software. Results The positive rate of Nrf2 expression was significantly higher in PTCL （41.67%） than in reactive hyperplasia of lymph node tissues （5.88%，P<0.05）. Expression of Nrf2 was related to Ann-Arbor clinical stage and B symptom（P<0.05），while it was unrelated to patient age，gender or LDH（P>0.05）. Conclusions The increased expression of Nrf2 in PTCL suggests that Nrf2 may play an important role in the development of PTCL.
