药师在手术室药品管理与合理用药中的作用

目的:探索药师在手术室用药管理与合理用药中的作用。方法:药师在手术室开展临床实践,具体工作为:对手术室的基数药品进行规范化管理;进行医嘱单点评,将科室用药的共性问题以讲课形式对医生进行培训;参与危重病例的术中用药方案制定;解答麻醉医生的用药咨询。结果:通过药师的工作,减少了药品收费遗漏情况;组织药品学习,对科室医生进行培训,改善科室不合理用药,并达到持续改进的效果;协助麻醉医生对危重手术患者进行用药精细化管理;提供差异性服务,解答麻醉医生的用药疑问。结论:临床药师在手术室开展临床实践能够体现药师作用,对科室药品规范管理、用药合理持续改进、降低术中用药风险有积极意义。

The value of pharmacists in drug managing and reasonable medication in operation room

OBJECTIVE To explore the value of pharmacist in medicine management and reasonable medication in the operation room. METHODS Pharmacists carried out clinical practice in the operation room, managed the medicine normatively and reviewed the anesthesiologists' medication, then trained anesthesiologists in the form of lectures. The pharmacist also took part in the discussion of critical cases. RESULTS Through the work of pharmacists, the rate of medicine missing charges was reduced, as well as losses of the anesthesiology department. By medicine learning of problems discovered during medication reviews, anesthetics improved themselves constantly. The pharmacist also solved problems occurred during surgeries of critically ill patients, and assisted anesthetists in precise management of medications. CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacists' work in the department of anesthesiology surgery can reflect the value of pharmacist, and it is very important in administrating medicine standardization, promoting rational drug use and reducing the risk of intraoperative medication.
