| 摘 要： | 为适应大健康时代的发展和需要,需要优化高校卫生事业管理专业人才的教学模式。结合所在学校卫生事业管理专业教学改革的初步探索,分析大健康对卫生事业管理人才的时代要求和其教育模式改革的必要性;对大健康发展背景下的复合型人才培养理念和模式进行探讨和总结;提出了围绕“四个复合”培养理念的教学模式。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the development and needs of the Big Health, we need to optimize the teaching mode of health management professionals. Based on the preliminary exploration and practice of the teaching reform of health management specialty in our school, this paper analyzes the requirements and the necessity of the reform of the educational mode for the health management specialty, and discusses and summarizes the concept and mode of the training of the compound talents under the background of the Big Health, and puts forward the teaching mode focusing on the concept of "four compound" cultivation. |
