摘    要: 目的 探讨血液净化模式对维持性血液透析(maintaince hemodialysis,MHD)患者血同型半胱氨酸的清除效果。方法 120例患者随机分为血液透析组、血液透析滤过组、高通量透析组、高通量透析+血液灌流组,每组30人。治疗6个月后,分别测定各组同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果 血液透析组Hcy没有变化,其他三组明显下降,其中高通量透析+血液灌流组最为显著,并且有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 高通血液透析+血液灌流能显著降低尿毒症患者Hcy水平,防止心血管事件发生,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of different blood purification modes on homocysteine clearance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Methods A total of one hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into hemodialysis group, hemodialysis filtration group, high-flux dialysis group, and high-flux dialysis + hemoperfusion group, with 30 patients in each group.Six months after treatment, homocysteine levels were measured in each group.Results The levels of Hcy remained unchanged in hemodialysis group, and decreased significantly in the other three groups, especially in high-flux hemodialysis + hemoperfusion group (P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperventilation and hemoperfusion can significantly reduce Hcy levels, prevent cardiovascular events and improve the quality of life in uremic patients.
