| 摘 要： | 通过对2014 － 2016 年北京地区精神科住院规范化培训临床实践能力考核数据收集和分析，并运用统计学方法，对临床实践能力考核方案的全面性、科学性进行验证；为今后建立规范的考核模式提供可借鉴依据。同时，对住院医师培训考核中暴露出的问题进行研究，提出切实可行的改进建议，以有效提高住院医师的培训质量。

| Abstract: | This study collected and analyzed data on the clinical practice ability of standardized training of psychiatric residents in Beijing psychiatric hospitals from 2014 to 2016. The statistical method was used to test the validity and reliability of clinical practice ability assessment program and to provide reference for the future standard norms of the assessment mode. The problems exposed in the assessment of residents training was addressed and practical measures was put forward to improve the quality of resident training programs. |
