摘    要:目的:探讨256层螺旋 ICT对上消化道肿瘤(upper gastrointestinal tumor)术后吻合口瘘的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析16例上消化道肿瘤术后吻合口瘘的CT表现。结果:7例食管癌吻合口瘘患者中,显示瘘口7例。单侧胸腔积液5例,双侧胸腔积液2例。9例胃癌吻合口瘘患者中,显示瘘口4例,其中9例吻合口周围积液,6例腹腔积气,4例可见造影剂吻合口外漏腹腔。结论:256层螺旋 ICT扫描时间短,具有较高密度,空间分辨率,对确诊吻合口瘘提供帮助,并指导临床治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of clinical diagnosis of 256-slice spiral ICT in anastomotic fistula after upper gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods:Retrospectively analyse the CT imaging features of 16 patients with anastomotic fistula after upper gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Results:Among 7 patients with anastomosis fistula of esophagus cancer,7 cases of fistula were showed,There were 5 cases of unilateral pleural effusion,2 cases of bilateral hydrothorax.Among 9 patients with anastomosis fistula of gastric cancer,4 cases of fistula were showed.There were 9 cases of effusion around anastomotic stoma,6 cases of pneumoperitoneum,4 cases of contrast leakage from anastomotic stoma into abdominal cavity.Conclusion:The scanning time of 256 -slice spiral ICT is short,with higher density of the resolution and spatial resolution,which help to make a definite diagnosis in anastomosis fistula,leading to guide the clinical therapy as well.
