高效液相色谱法同时测定愈银片中5种指标性成分的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定愈银片中5种指标性成分的含量。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1。结果:芍药苷、芦丁、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖(PGG)、槲皮素和丹皮酚分别在0.132 3~1.323 0μg(r=0.999 8),2.001 6~20.016 0μg(r=0.999 8),0.076 4~0.764 0μg(r=0.999 8),0.050 86~0.508 6μg(r=0.999 8),0.112 28~1.122 8μg(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.37%,100.71%,99.29%,100.81%,100.37%。结论:所建立的方法准确度高、重复性好、稳定可控,可为有效控制愈银片的质量提供依据。

Simultaneous determination of 5 index components in Yuyin tablets by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of five index components in Yuyin tablets.METHODS The determination was performed on an Inertsil ODS-3 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with gradient elution using acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm,the column temperature was kept at 30℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.RESULTS Paeoniflorin,rutin,1,2,3,4,6-O-pentagalloylglucose,quercetin and paeonol showed good linearity in the range of 0.132 3-1.323 0 μg (r=0.999 8),2.001 6-20.016 0 μg (r=0.999 8),0.076 4-0.764 0 μg (r=0.999 8),0.050 86-0.508 6 μg (r=0.999 8),0.112 28-1.122 8 μg (r=0.999 8),respectively.The average recoveries of the five index compounds were 100.37%,100.71%,99.29%,100.81% and 100.37%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is accurate,reproducible,stable and controllable,which provides the basis for the quality control of Yuyin Tablets.
