胃癌组织中NDRG3的表达及其与预后的关系

目的:探讨N-myc下游调控基因家族（N-myc downstream-regulated gene，NDRG）3在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其与胃癌患者预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化染色研究NDRG3在胃癌组织中的表达，并分析其与胃癌患者预后的关系。结果:NDRG3主要表达在细胞质中，在细胞核中也有少量表达。在60例胃癌组织中，42例高表达，阳性率为70%，明显高于癌旁组织。临床病理资料分析显示NDRG3表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移相关（P<0.05），且NDRG3高表达患者较低表达患者预后差（P<0.05）。结论:NDRG3在胃癌组织中较癌旁组织高表达，且其表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移及患者预后相关，提示NDRG3与胃癌转移机制密切相关，为胃癌诊治提供了新的思路。

Relationship between NDRG3 and prognosis in gastric cancer

Objective:The aim of our study was to investigate the relationship between expression of NDRG3 and clinicopathological features in gastric cancer，and to evaluate its correlation with prognosis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of NDRG3 in gastric cancer，and then the relationship between expression levels of NDRG3 and prognosis in gastric cancer was analyzed.Results:NDRG3 was mainly expressed in cytoplasm，few in nucleus.There were 42 high expression in 60 cases gastric cancer tissues，and the positive rate was 70%，was significantly higher than para-cancer tissues.There was a significant relationship between expression level of NDRG3 and metastasis of lymph nodes (P<0.05).The results of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that high expression of NDRG3 were associated with a worse survival (P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression level of NDRG3 in gastric cancer tissue was higher than para-cancer tissues.Expression level was correlated with lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer patients，suggesting that NDRG3 was closely related to gastric cancer metastasis mechanism.Our result provided a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
