食管癌患者术后自我饮食管理的质性研究

目的:深入了解食管癌患者术后自我饮食管理中遇到的困扰，为有效制定术后指导提供依据。方法:采用现象学研究方法，选取46名食管癌术后患者进行访谈。结果:食管癌患者术后自我饮食管理中遇到的困扰主要涉及三个方面:日常饮食受限，缺乏信息支持与治疗信心，社会功能减退。结论:食管癌患者术后饮食管理方面存在复杂的问题，术后指导需注重患者生理、心理、社会三方面的需求，为患者提供个性化的饮食管理指导，提高患者的生存质量。

Qualitative research on self catering management in patients after esophageal cancer surgery

Objective:To deeply understand the difficulties of self catering management with which the patients after esophageal cancer surgery face，and provide the evidence for postoperative guidelines.Methods:With the phenomenological research method，46 patients after esophageal cancer surgery were sampled for the research.The semi-structure interview method was conducted to collect the data for analyses．Results:There were 3 factors influencing the self catering management from the patients after esophageal cancer surgery:The limitation of daily life，lack of knowledge of support and confidence，social dysfunction.Conclusion:The difficulty of self catering management in patients after esophageal cancer surgery refers to physical，mental and social aspects，health providers should make postoperative guidelines according the patients needs on the three aspects.
