胃癌MSCT表现与HER-2表达的关系

目的:探讨胃癌多排螺旋计算机断层扫描（MSCT）表现与HER-2(epidermal growth factor receptor 2)表达的关系。方法:回顾性分析117例哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院胃癌患者的MSCT扫描资料，分别测量或判断肿瘤的大小、厚度、部位、强化方式及程度、浸润深度、Borrmann分型以及是否有淋巴结转移，全部患者标本均通过免疫组织化学常规检测HER-2表达，用统计学方法分析MSCT影像学表现和HER-2表达之间的关系。结果:117例患者中有23例（19.7%）HER-2过表达，HER-2过表达与肿瘤大小、强化程度及淋巴结是否转移之间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。HER-2过表达与肿瘤的厚度、部位、强化方式、浸润深度、Borrmann分型之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论:胃癌MSCT中表现的肿瘤大小、强化程度及淋巴结是否转移在一定程度上能够反映HER-2的表达情况，具有潜在的临床应用价值。

The relationship between MSCT features and HER-2 expression in gastric cancer

Objective:To investigate the relationship between MSCT sign and HER-2 expression in gastric cancer.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the MSCT scan data of 117 patients with gastric cancer in Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital.The size,thickness,location,enriched the way and the degree of tumor,invasion depth,Borrmann type and lymph node metastasis were measured or judged respectively.In all patients the expression of HER-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between MSCT imaging and HER-2 expression was analyzed by statistical method.Results:There were 23 cases(19.7%) HER-2 over expression in 117 cases,and the relationship between HER-2 overexpression and tumor size,enriched the degree of tumor and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant(P＜0.05).However,There was no statistically significant difference between HER-2 overexpression and tumor thickness,location,enriched the way of tumor,invasion depth,borrmann type(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The size of tumor,the degree of enhancement and the lymph node metastasis of MSCT in gastric cancer can reflect HER-2 expression to a certain extent,and it have a potential clinical application value.
