| 摘 要： | 外泌体（exosome）是一种可由多种细胞分泌形成的微小囊泡，其含有母体细胞多种特异的结构成分。由于可在细胞之间进行信息传递，因此参与了众多生理病理过程，成为人们对疾病研究的一个焦点和热点。本文将近年来exosome在眼底疾病中的研究进行回顾，包括exosome对疾病危险因素、病理机制、诊断治疗等方面，现综述如下。

| Abstract: | Exosome is a small vesicle that can be secreted by many cells，which contains a variety of specific structural components of the maternal cells.It possesses the capacity of the information transmission between cells，so it involves in many physiological and pathological processes，which makes it a focus and hotspot of disease researches.In this paper，a review will be conducted on exosome in the fundus diseases in recent years，including risk factors，pathological mechanisms，diagnosis and treatment for diseases. |
