CD147与E-cadherin在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的:研究CD147及E-cadherin在胆囊癌组织及慢性胆囊炎中的表达差异是否具有统计学意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法检测25例胆囊癌及15例慢性胆囊炎组织中CD147及E-cadherin的表达，并结合临床特征分析两者的表达，数据统计采用SPSS 16.0统计软件完成。结果:CD147在慢性胆囊炎组织阳性表达率为13.3%（2/15）,在胆囊癌组织中阳性表达率为84.0%(21/25)， CD147在胆囊癌组中的阳性表达率明显高于胆囊炎组（P＜0.05）；E-cadherin在慢性胆囊炎组织中阳性表达率为100%（15/15），在胆囊癌组织中的阳性表达率为24.0%(6/25)，E-cadherin在胆囊癌组中的表达率明显低于胆囊炎组(P＜0.05)，同一标本中CD147高表达的同时伴E-cadherin的低表达。结论:在胆囊癌组织中CD147高表达，E-cadherin低表达，在胆囊癌判断上具有一致性，可联合作为临床监测胆囊癌发生、转移的参考指标，对指导临床治疗有重要意义。

Expression and clinical significance of CD147 and E-cadherin in carcinoma of gallbladderand

Objective:To investigates whether the expression of CD147 and E-cadherin in gallbladder carcinoma,cholecystitis has statistical significance or not,so as to help us monitor the genesis,development and metastasis of tumor.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of E-cadherin and CD147 in 25 cases of carcinoma of gallbladder and 15 cases of chroniccholecystitis.All of the data was analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results:The positive percentage of CD147 in chronic cholecystitis group was 13.3%（2/15），which was 84.0%（21/25）in the gallbladder cancer tissue.The expression rate of CD147 in gallbladder cancer was significantly higher than those in cholecystitis(P＜0.05).The positive percentage of E-cadherin in chronic cholecystitis group was 100%（15/15），which was 24.0%（6/25）in the gallbladder cancer tissue.The expression rate of E-cadherin in gallbladder cancer was significantly lower than those in cholecystitis(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The high expressions of CD147 and the low expressions of E-cadherin and their correlation can be used as a significant markers to direct clinic therapy and estimation of prognosis．
