同时性肝肾二重癌1例报道及文献分析

目的:探讨肝细胞癌同时合并肾透明细胞癌的临床表现及治疗选择，以提高对肝肾重复癌的诊断及治疗率。方法:回顾我院1例肝细胞癌同时合并肾透明细胞癌患者的病例资料，并对其术前检验、影像及治疗方案、病理进行总结分析,并复习既往的文献资料。结果:肝细胞癌同时合并肾透明细胞癌的病例罕见，临床上极易导致误诊、漏诊。根治性手术切除是影响预后的关键因素。结论:当肝脏、肾脏同时发现肿瘤时，应考虑二重癌可能，提高对肝肾重复癌的认识，具有重要的临床意义。

A case of synchronous hepatic with renal carcinoma and review of literature

Objective:To explore the clinical feature and therapeutic schedule of synchronous hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and renal cell carcinoma(RCC),in order to improve diagnostic and therapeutic effect.Methods:1 case with HCC and RCC which were pathologically diagnosed was retrospectively analyzed,especially in terms of ecsomatics,imaging,pathology and therapeutic schedule.Previous data were analyzed together.Results:Coexistence of HCC and RCC is extremely rare,which is misdiagnosed or never diagnosed.Surgical resection is the key factor influencing the prognosis.Conclusion:When synchronous hepatic and renal tumors were found,the possibility of tumors from two sources should be considered.It has important clinical significance to deepen the understanding about hepatic and renal multiple tumors.
