摘    要:目的:分析胖大海中挥发性化学成分,探讨不同因素对萃取效果的影响。方法:用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术对胖大海顶空取样,结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术对胖大海挥发性成分进行分析。结果:在最佳萃取条件下,从胖大海挥发性成分中分离出44个峰,鉴定出41种成分,占挥发性成分总量的99.11%,主要有单萜及其衍生物、脂肪烃类、醇类、醛类、倍半萜及其衍生物、脂肪酸类成分。含量最高的成分是乙烯基环己烷,占挥发性成分总量的20.77%。结论:萃取温度、萃取时间对萃取效果的影响较大,建立的HS-SPME-GC-MS方法适合胖大海挥发性成分的快速分析,可以作为胖大海质量控制的方法之一。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile components of the seeds of Sterculia lychnophora, and discuss the effects of different factors on extraction efficiency.METHODS The volatile components of the seeds of Sterculia lychnophora were extracted by headspace solid phase-microextraction (HS-SPME) and qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS).RESULTS Forty four compounds were identified and forty-one compounds were isolated from the seeds of Sterculia lychnophora, composing about 99.11% of the total volatile components under the optimal extraction conditions, which were mainly monoterpenes and its derivatives, fat hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, a half times the terpene and its derivatives, and fatty acid composition.the vinyl cyclohexane was the highest, accounting for 20.77%.CONCLUSION Extraction temperature and extraction time are the main factors for the extraction effiency.The technology is suitable to analyze the volatile components of the seeds of Sterculia lychnophora quickly, which can be used as one of the methods of quality control of the seeds of Sterculia lychnophora.
