滇南某市基层卫生人员培训状况调查

摘    要:目的 了解红河州某县基层卫生人员培训状况, 分析其影响因素.方法 2016年8月到10月, 问卷调查随机抽取该县234名乡镇卫生人员和205名村卫生室人员, 并对其一般情况及培训现状等内容进行调查.结果 该市乡镇卫生人员中, 201名 (86%) 人员认为其所在卫生院重视人才、参加培训的目的以提高医疗水平为主有163名 (69.7%) 、培训方式中较为认同的方式是临床进修有159名 (68.0%) 、有192名 (82.1%) 卫生院人员认为工作脱不开身是妨碍自身进修的主要因素;村卫生室人员中184名 (90%) 认为其所在卫生院重视人才、参加培训的目的以提高医疗水平为主的有153名 (87.8%) 、培训方式中较为认同的方式是集中培训有93名 (56.6%) 、有115名 (68.8%) 村卫生室人员认为工作脱不开身是妨碍自身进修的主要因素.结论 该市对基层卫生人才建设重视情况相对较好, 但仍存在地区差异, 基层卫生人才培训的方式内容有待进一步完善.资源应进一步倾斜, 采取与基层现状相适宜的培训方式, 完善激励考核制度.

The Training Situation of Primary Medical Worker in A City in South Yunnan
Abstract:Objective To assess the training situation of primary medical worker and determine the main influence factors for training situation in South Yunnan. Me thods From August, 2016 to October, 2016, the questionnaire survey method was employed to collect the data of training situation and general situation of 234 rural health workers and 205 village doctors in the county. Re s ults Through the study, among the township health workers in the city, 201 (86%) health workers believed that their hospitals attached importance to talent and 163 (69.7%) health professionals indicated that the purpose of training was to improve the medical skills. Clinical training was widely recognized in 159 (68.0%) health workers and commitment at work was the main factor that hindered the learning among 192 (82.1%) hospital staffs. Among the village clinic staff, 184 (90%) health workers believed that their hospitals attached importance to talent, and 153 (87.8%) staff suggested that the purpose of training was to improve the medical skills. Intensive training was appreciated among 93 (56.6%) staff and commitment at work was the main factor that hindered the learning among 115 (68.8%) health workers. Conclus ion The city attaches great importance to the construction of grass-roots health personnel, but there are still regional differences. The training methods for primary health personnel should be further improved. Resources should be further inclined to take the appropriate training at the grassroots level and improve the incentive examination system.
