口腔疣状癌临床诊治专家共识

口腔疣状癌(oral verrucous carcinoma, OVC)是一种具有独特组织学改变和生物学行为,有别于口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma, OSCC)的恶性肿瘤,发病原因目前尚不明确。研究发现,其首次临床诊断符合率仅为35%,常被误诊为疣状增生、牙源性角化囊肿、侵袭性牙周炎和慢性颌骨骨髓炎等疾病。OVC的治疗手段和预后与OSCC不尽相同,误诊和误治严重影响患者的生存质量。制定OVC临床诊治专家共识的目的,是希望减少OVC误诊误治,提高早期诊断率、患者生存率和生活质量。

Expert consensus statement on diagnosis and clinical management of oral verrucous carcinoma

Oral verrucous carcinoma (OVC) is a malignant tumor with independent histological changes and biological behaviors different from those of oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC). Its etiology is still unclear. It has the first clinical diagnosis coincidence rate of only 35% and is often misdiagnosed as other oral diseases such as verrucous hyperplasia, odontogenic keratocyst, aggressive periodontitis and chronic osteomyelitis. The treatment and prognosis of OVC are different from those of OSCC. Its misdiagnosis and mistreatment seriously affect patients' quality of life. In order to reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment of OVC and to improve its early diagnostic rate, patients' survival rate and quality of life, it is necessary to establish an expert consensus on this tumor according to the national clinical conditions.
