| 摘 要： | 基因组中的长链非编码 RNA(long noncoding RNA，lncRNA)在消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色，其中首次被提取于人膀胱移行癌细胞株的长链非编码RNA-尿路上皮癌抗原１（urothelial carcinoma associated 1，UCA1）在结直肠癌、食管鳞癌、胃癌等多种消化系统实体肿瘤组织中都呈现异常表达，其在瘤组织中的表达对于消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗以及预后判断都具有非常重要的临床意义，UCA1有可能成为一个潜在的消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断与治疗的靶点。

| Abstract: | The long non-coding RNA（lncRNA） in the genome，plays an important role in the development of malignant tumor in digestive system.Urothelial carcinoma associated 1 (UCA1)，a non-encoding RNA which was first extracted from human urinary bladder cancer cell line，has showed abnormal expression in colorectal cancer，esophageal carcinoma，gastric cancer and other tumor tissues in the digestive system.The expression in tumor issues has great clinical significance in diagnosis，treatment and prognosis of malignant tumor in the digestive system.UCA1 may become a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor in the digestive system. |
