缩泉丸贴敷配合盆底肌功能锻炼治疗女性糖尿病尿失禁的临床疗效观察

目的:以缩泉丸为基础调配中药膏剂进行穴位贴敷,配合盆底肌功能锻炼治疗女性糖尿病尿失禁,对其临床疗效进行评价。方法:选取门诊及住院治疗的女性糖尿病尿失禁患者260例,随机分为对照组(n=136)和观察组(n=124例),2组均进行盆底肌功能锻炼,观察组同时使用中药膏剂穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患者治疗4周及12周后的尿失禁改善情况,并对2组患者治疗前、治疗后抑郁症状的改善情况进行比较。结果:经过4周治疗,观察组的总有效率与对照组相比较有明显提升(P<0.01),其组间差异有显著性。12周治疗后尿失禁治疗疗效评价,观察组的总有效率与对照组相比有较为明显提升(P<0.05),其组间差异有显著性;治疗后的抑郁量表评分,观察组与对照组相比较,组间差异有极显著性(P<0.01),2组内在治疗前后比较,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:在盆底肌功能锻炼的基础上,以缩泉丸加减贴敷治疗女性糖尿病患者尿失禁临床有效,能够减少尿失禁次数,改善抑郁症状,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of combining Suoquan pills with pelvic floor muscle exercise against female diabetic urinary incontinence

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Suoquan pills acupoint sticking combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise against female diabetic urinary incontinence. METHODS Totally 260 patients with diabetes mellitus urinary incontinence were enrolled from March 2014 to November 2016 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:136 cases in the control group and 124 cases in the observation group. Patients in both groups were subjected to pelvic floor muscle exercise, and patients in the observation group were additionally treated with acupoint sticking. The improvement of urinary incontinence was compared between the two groups 4 and 12 weeks after treatment, and the improvement of the depressive symptoms was compared between the two groups before and after treatment. RESULTS The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved after 4 weeks of treatment (P<0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups. The overall effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 12 weeks after treatment (P<0.05). There was also significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.01). CONCLUSION On the basis of the pelvic floor muscle exercise, the acupoint sticking with compress pills is effective against urinary incontinence in women with diabetes mellitus and can reduce the number of urinary incontinence, improve the symptoms of depression and the quality of life in the patients. It is worthy to be popularized.
