| Abstract: | The training goal of postgraduates in clinical nephrology major is to master clinical knowledge, thinking mode as well as scientific research capacity. In order to provide some suggestions and reference materials, we discussed the training strategies of postgraduates in clinical nephrology major in terms of comprehensive qualities, clinical and scientific research capacities. |
