| 摘 要： | DNA修复是指细胞中受到损伤的DNA分子在多种酶的作用下恢复正常的DNA 序列结构和维持遗传信息相对稳定的细胞反应。DNA修复包括直接修复、碱基切除修复、错配修复、核苷酸切除修复和双链断裂修复等基本形式。DNA修复系统的异常可能导致肿瘤的发生，而且DNA修复基因的多态性使得其修复DNA的能力产生差异，从而影响了肿瘤的易感性和治疗的预后。本文通过查阅相关文献，对DNA修复系统与肿瘤发生和治疗的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | DNA repair refers to cell responses that the damaged DNA molecules restore normal DNA sequence structure and maintain the relatively stable genetic information under the action of various enzymes.DNA repair includes direct repair，base excision repair，mismatch repair，nucleotide excision repair and double strand break repair.Abnormalities in the DNA repair system may result in tumorigenesis，and polymorphisms in the DNA repair gene cause differences in the ability of DNA repair.These factors affect the susceptibility of tumor and the prognosis of treatment.Based on the literatures，in this paper，we reviewed the research progress of DNA repair system and
tumorigenesis and treatment. |
