贫血与晚期宫颈癌化疗疗效的相关性贫血与晚期宫颈癌化疗疗效的相关性

目的:探讨晚期宫颈癌患者化疗疗效与贫血之间的相关性，为晚期宫颈癌的治疗提供更多的客观依据。方法:回顾性分析2013年01月至2014年01月于我院就诊的晚期宫颈癌患者的相关临床资料，明确入选患者化疗前后的贫血的发生率及贫血与患者化疗疗效之间的相关性。结果:患者化疗后贫血的发生率明显高于化疗前（P＜0.05），表现出贫血征象；化疗的周期数、同步放化疗及补铁治疗与患者化疗后贫血的发生率呈显著相关；化疗后贫血患者的临床有效率明显低于无贫血患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但在两年生存率方面并无明显的统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论:晚期宫颈癌患者化疗后可导致贫血发生率的升高，影响近期化疗疗效，但不影响患者2年生存率。

The correlation between anemia and the effect of chemotherapy on advanced cervical cancer

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the efficacy of chemotherapy and anemia in patients with advanced cervical cancer,provide more objective evidence for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods:Retrospectively analyze clinical data of advanced cervical cancer patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,detect the incidence of anemia before and after chemotherapy in these patients,study the correlation between anemia and the curative effect of chemotherapy.Results:The incidence of anemia after chemotherapy in patients was significantly higher than that before treatment,showed signs of anemia,and the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).The incidence of anemia was significantly relative to chemotherapy cycles，chemoradiotherapy and iron supplementation.Clinical efficiency in anemia patients after chemotherapy was significantly lower than that in non anemic patients,and the difference has statistical significance (P＜0.05),but the survival rate of two years had no obvious statistical difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of anemia in advanced cervical cancer patients after chemotherapy is increased significantly,which has effect on recent curative effect,while 2 years survival rate has no obvious correlation.
