美罗培南的群体药动/药效学研究进展

目的：简述美罗培南的药动学和药效学基本特点，介绍群体药动学研究基本理论，重点阐述美罗培南的群体药动/药效学研究状况。方法：查阅近年关于美罗培南群体药动/药效学文献，提取最终模型以及给药方案，分析归纳并综述。结果：美罗培南的药动学特征是二房室模型，药效学考察% T>MIC。婴幼儿和老年人的给药方案需要调整，未来的研究将关注肾功能特殊的患者以及体液体积大的患者。结论：需要研究正常脂肪体重（NFM）与美罗培南的群体药动/药效学的关系。

Research progress of meropenemin population pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics

OBJECTIVE To briefly introduce the basic characteristics of meropenem pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics including population pharmacokinetics. The recent progress in population pharmacodynamics/pharmacodynamics is mainly concerned.METHODS Meropenem population pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics literatures published in recent years were reviewed to extract the final models and the appropriate dosing regimens, and summarize the progress.RESULTS The pharmacokinetic characteristics of meropenem were well described by using a 2-compartmental linear elimination model. The predictor of pharmacodynamics parameters was the time that unbound drug concentrations remained above the minimum inhibitory concentration (%T>Mic). Children including infants and elderly were populations with special pharmacokinetics, and future studies would focus on the patients with renal dysfunction or large volume of body fluids.CONCLUSION Attentions should be paid on the relationship between normal fat mass and the meropenem pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.
