认知疗法对截肢患者病耻感的影响

  目的 探讨认知疗法对截肢患者病耻感的影响。 方法 选取2013-10至2017-10于医院骨科行截肢术患者48例,男30例,女18例。进行随机化分组,干预组(24例)进行认知疗法的干预及常规的护理宣教,对照组(24例)实行常规护理宣教,利用量表对两组患者的抑郁、焦虑、病耻感、生活质量进行评分对比。 结果 两组年龄、性别、截肢部位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预组与对照组抑郁、焦虑、病耻感评分及生活质量具有显著统计学差异(P＜0.05)。 结论 认知疗法能降低截肢患者的病耻感,改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of cognitive therapy on stigma of amputees

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive therapy on improving stigma in patients with amputation.Methods Forty-eight patients of amputation (30 males and 18 females ) treated between October 2013 and October 2017 were randomized into two groups: the intervention group (cognitive therapy plus conventional nursing education, n=24)and the control group (conventional nursing education alone, n=24).Depression,anxiety,stigma and quality of life were compared between the two groups with scales.Results Age, gender and amputation sites were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05), but there was significant difference in levels of depression,anxiety,stigma and quality of life between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions Cognitive therapy can not only reduce the stigma of patients with amputation effectively and boost their mood, but also help patients improve their quality of life.
