海南省2017年重点人群碘营养状况调查

摘    要:目的 了解海南省儿童与孕妇的碘营养状况,为消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法 按照《2017年海南省碘缺乏病监测方案》监测海南省儿童与孕妇的碘营养状况,将调查地区分为沿海和中部两个区域,对不同地区重点人群盐碘和碘营养状况进行比较,并采用SPSS 17.0对结果进行统计分析。结果 2017年海南省合格碘盐食用率为94.54%。孕妇尿碘中位数为123.40 μg/L,其中有34.37%的孕妇尿碘中位数低于100 μg/L,中部和沿海地区孕妇尿碘中位数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);儿童尿碘中位数为170.20 μg/L,中部地区儿童尿碘水平(190.30 μg/L)高于沿海地区(164.70 μg/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有2 216名儿童完成甲状腺容积检测,发现5名儿童甲状腺肿大,甲肿率为0.23%。在完成甲状腺容积检测的2 216名儿童中,男童和女童尿碘中位数分别为178.10 μg/L和171.80 μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中部地区和沿海地区孕妇食用盐碘含量分别为(25.25±3.21) mg/kg和(23.99±7.76) mg/kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2017年海南省人群碘营养水平总体保持适宜状态,但中部地区碘营养水平高于沿海地区,应加强沿海区域碘营养补充。

Abstract:Objective To grasp the iodine nutrition status of key populations (children and pregnant women) in Hainan Province in 2017, so as to provide the evidence for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to the Surveillance Program of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Hainan Province, the iodine nutrition status of children and pregnant women was monitored in Hainan Province in 2017.The survey areas were divided into the coastal and central regions, and the salt iodine and iodine nutritional status of the key populations were compared in different regions.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results In 2017, the qualified iodized salt consumption rate of Hainan Province was 94.54%. The median urine iodine of pregnant women was 123.40g /L.Among them, the median urine iodine of 34.37% of pregnant women was less than 100 μg/L, and the median urine iodine of pregnant women in central and coastal areas was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Children urinary iodine median was 170.20 μg/L, children's urine iodine level in central area (190.30 μg/L) was higher than the coastal areas (146.45 μg/L), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), there were 2 216 children completed the thyroid volume detection, found five children goiter (goiter rate of 0.23%). In 2 216 children of thyroid volume test, boys urine iodine median (176.60 μg/L) was higher than girls (165.55 μg/L), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The content of salt and iodine in pregnant women in central area(25.25±3.21)mg/kg was higher than that in coastal areas (23.99±7.76)mg/kg, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions In 2017, the population iodine nutrition level remains in a suitable state in the whole Hainan Province. However, the level of iodine nutrition in the central region is higher than that in the coastal region, and the supplement of iodine nutrition in the coastal region should be strengthened.
