小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果

目的 探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月商河县人民医院收治的80例硬核白内障患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组采用传统超声乳化白内障手术,研究组采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术,比较两组临床疗效、眼部相关指标恢复情况、手术时间、并发症发生情况以及满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组角膜散光度、眼压均低于对照组,视力水平、角膜内皮细胞计数以及中央前房深度优于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组手术时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障可改善眼部临床症状,提高视力水平,降低并发症发生几率,且患者满意度较高,值得临床应用。

Effect of Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery in the Treatment of Nuclear Sclerotic Cataract

Objective To investigate the effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of nuclear sclerotic cataract. Methods A total of 80 patients with nuclear sclerotic cataract admitted to Shanghe County People''s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional phacoemulsification cataract surgery, and the study group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. The clinical efficacy, recovery of ocular related indicators, operation time, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The corneal astigmatism and intraocular pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the visual acuity, corneal endothelial cell count and central anterior chamber depth were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery for nuclear sclerotic cataract can improve the clinical symptoms of the eye, improve the visual acuity level, reduce the incidence of complications, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
