综合性护理干预对老年湿疹患者症状改善及依从性的影响

目的 探讨综合性护理干预对老年湿疹患者症状改善及依从性的影响。方法 选取我院皮肤诊断与治疗中心2020年12月-2022年10月收治的40例老年湿疹患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组实施常规性护理干预,观察组实施综合性护理干预,比较两组症状改善情况和依从性评分。结果 两组干预后EASI、SCORAD评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组干预后治疗依从性评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年湿疹治疗期间实施综合性护理干预可改善临床症状,提高治疗依从性,值得临床应用。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Symptom Improvement and Compliance of Elderly Patients with Eczema

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom improvement and compliance in elderly patients with eczema. Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with eczema admitted to the Skin Diagnosis and Treatment Center of our hospital from December 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The symptom improvement and compliance scores of the two groups were compared. Results The EASI and SCORAD scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment of senile eczema can improve clinical symptoms and treatment compliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
