针对性护理在透析患者肌注药物引起局部皮肤红肿中的应用效果

目的 观察针对性护理在透析患者肌注药物引起局部皮肤红肿中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年 2月-2022年2月于合肥市第五人民医院接受血液透析治疗的98例尿毒症患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表 法分为对照组和观察组，每组49例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用针对性护理，比较两组负面情 绪、皮肤红肿发生情况、护理满意度及疼痛程度。结果 观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组皮肤红肿发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察 组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理在透析患者肌注药物引起局部皮肤红肿中的应用效果确切，可有效改 善患者的负面情绪，降低局部红肿发生几率，减轻疼痛，且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Local Skin Redness and Swelling Caused by Intramuscular Injection of Drugs in Dialysis Patients

Objective To observe the application effect of targeted nursing in local skin redness and swelling caused by intramuscular injection of drugs in dialysis patients. Methods A total of 98 uremic patients who received hemodialysis in the Hefei Fifth People''s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. The negative emotions, skin redness and swelling, nursing satisfaction and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of skin redness and swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing is effective in the application of local skin redness and swelling caused by intramuscular injection of drugs in dialysis patients, which can effectively improve the negative emotions, reduce the incidence of local redness and swelling, reduce pain, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services.
