PDCA 管理模式护理对乳腺肿瘤患者术后美容效果及疼痛的影响

目的 分析PDCA管理模式护理对乳腺肿瘤患者术后美容效果及疼痛的影响。方法 选取2021年 1月-2022年4月于我院乳腺科住院治疗的96例乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和 观察组，各48例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施PDCA管理模式护理，比较两组术后美容效果、疼痛 评分及临床相关指标。结果 观察组色泽、血管分布、厚度及柔软度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组 VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后感染率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 对乳腺肿瘤患者实施PDCA管理模式可减轻其疼痛感，提高术后美容效果，降低感染发生几率。

Effect of PDCA Management Mode Nursing on Postoperative Cosmetic Effect and Pain in Patients with Breast Tumor

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA management mode nursing on postoperative cosmetic effect and pain in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients with breast cancer who were hospitalized in the Department of Breast Surgery of our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received PDCA management mode nursing. The postoperative cosmetic effect, pain score and clinical related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of color, vascular distribution, thickness and softness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative infection rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA management mode for breast cancer patients can reduce their pain, improve postoperative cosmetic effect and reduce the incidence of infection.
