口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的效果

目的 探究口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年9月于 我院进行牙列缺损治疗的50例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对比组及试验组，各25例。对 比组实施常规修复术治疗，试验组实施口腔种植修复术治疗。比较两组修复效果、修复后语言能力、咀 嚼功能、稳定性、牙齿舒适度以及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对比组，差异有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组语言能力、咀嚼功能、稳定性以及牙齿舒适度评分均高于对比组，差异有统 计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率低于对比组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采取 口腔种植修复方式能提升牙列缺损患者的临床效果，相较于常规修复术治疗方式，患者的不良反应发生 率更低。

Effect of Oral Implant Repair in the Treatment of Dentition Defect

Objective To explore the application effect of oral implant repair in the treatment of dentition defect. Methods A total of 50 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional repair, and the experimental group was treated with oral implant repair. The repair effect, language ability after repair, chewing function, stability, tooth comfort and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of language ability, chewing function, stability and tooth comfort in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral implant repair can improve the clinical effect of patients with dentition defect, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than that of conventional repair.
