Abstract: | Brooke-Spiegler syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder with variable penetranceand expression. It is characterized by a genetic predisposition to develop multipleadnexal neoplasias: cylindromas, trichoepitheliomas, and trichoblastomas. We describea 54-year-old male patient with cylindromas, trichoepitheliomas, andtrichoblastoma. |
