利多卡因试验对肝脏储备功能的评价

研究利多卡因试验与不同程度被肝功能损害及有效肝功能储备之间的关系，通过测定静脉利多卡因３０分钟后血清ＭＥＧＸ的浓度与ＩＣＧ１５分钟滞留率（Ｒ１５ＩＣＧ）检测了８４例慢性肝病患者与１０例健康者。结果显示，随着肝功能损害的加深，血清ＭＥＧＸ平均浓度呈下降趋势，ＩＣＧ１５分钟平均滞留率呈升高趋势（Ｐ〈０．０５）；ＭＥＧＸ浓度与Ｃｈｉｌｄ－Ｐｕｇｈ积分，Ｒ１５ＩＣＧ负相关（Ｐ＝０．００）；以ＭＥＧＸ浓度〉

Lidocaine Test as a measurement of Liver Reservation Function

We measured the serum MEGXconcentration 30 minute afterlidocaineinjection in 84 patients with chronic hepatic disease and 10 normalsubjectsto evaluate the relationship between Lido caine Metabolism Testand different degrees ofimpairment of hepatic cells andliverfunction reservation and compared with ICGretention ratio at15th minute-The results showed :with the worseningimpair mentof hepatic cells,a declinein serum MEGXand a elevation in R15ICG were observed (P< 0-05) , The mean MEGXlevels wereinversely proportional not only with Child Pugh score,but also with R15 ICG(r= - 0-60 ,- 0-49 ,respectively,P< 0-05) ,The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MEGX< 60ng/ml were betterthan that of R15ICG We concluded that measurement of serum MEGXconcentra tion 30 minuteafterlidocaineinjection could be areliablesimple quantitativeliverfunction test-
