摘    要:目的 研究慢性脑血流灌注不足脑皮层、海马和皮层下白质的病理变化,以探讨脑认识功能下降的病理基础。方法:采用老年大鼠持久双侧颈总动脉结扎造成慢性脑血流灌注不足动物模型,以环胞素A在缺血前后胃灌治疗。分为对照组、缺血2个月、缺血4个月组和治疗组,预定时间取脑,切片,进行光、电镜观察。结果:缺血组皮层海马的神经细胞以变性、固缩和退化为主;皮层下白质有神经纤维和髓鞘溃变;普遍存在胶质细胞增生、形成胶质小结

Abstract:Objective:To study the histopathological and ultrastructural changes of the chronically hypoperfused brain in the rats.Methods:The rat model of chronically hypoperfused brain was established by the ligation of both the carotid arteries. The histopathological and ultrastructural changes of the brain were observed with optical microscopy and electron microscopy respectively.Results:After chronical hypoperfusion of the brain,there was denaturation,pyknosis and degeneration of the neurons in the hippocampus. Damages of the nerve fibers and myelin sheath were found in the white matter under the cortical layer. The proliferation of gliacytes generally existed to form glial nodes. There was accumulation of vesicles in the dendrites and thickening of the postdendritic membrane. The changes mentioned above became more sever along with the elapse of time and were ameliorated after the administration of cyclosporin A.Conclusion:The degenerative changes resulting from chronic hypoperfusion of the brain are the pathological basis of the lowering of the recognition function. Immunosuppression agent cyclosporin A exerts definite therapeutic effects on this disorder.
