摘    要:目的应用MRI检查技术结合小切口微创手术更有效诊治罕见异位胰岛细胞瘤.方法对3例疑诊为罕见异位胰岛细胞瘤的患者,采用MRI检查技术对肿瘤准确定位后,结合小切口微创手术彻底切除肿瘤.结果应用MRI检查技术结合小切口微创手术能准确定位罕见异位胰岛细胞瘤,使手术设计及实施更具针对性.减少了手术创伤,缩短了手术时间,彻底切除了肿瘤.结论MRI检查技术能更准确的定位罕见异位胰岛细胞瘤,使采用小切口微创手术切除罕见异位胰岛细胞瘤成为可能.

Abstract:Objective To apply magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) combined with minimal invasive technique to improve the diagnosis and curative effect of the rare allotopia insulinoma. Methods In 3 patients suspected as the rare allotopia insulinoma, the tumors were located exactly by MRI as well as resected thoroughly through minimal invasive technique.Results Through MRI combined with minimal invasive technique, the rare allotopia insulinoma was located more exactly, and the operation planning and performing aimed at the tumor itself more directly. The surgical injury was minimized, the operative duration was shortened and the tumor was resected thoroughly.Conclusion Based on the more exact location of the rare allotopia insulinoma by MRI, it is possible to resect the tumor through minimal invasive technique.
