核酸对机体作用的研究

摘    要: 每天小鼠ig核酸0.8mg/只,连续15d,可使红细胞数增加、血红蛋白含量升高;对腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、外周血T淋巴细胞数、特异性抗体生成和胸腺重量都有促进作用;对小鼠生长发育有促进作用;并有明显的抗疲劳作用。用4mg/只大剂量ig15d血清中尿酸含量无明显增加。提示,核酸可以作为保健食品应用,是新一代食品的希望。

Abstract:We studied nucleic acid on somatic function in young mice. When nucleic acid(0.8mg/mouse) was administered into stomach at dose of 0. 5 ml per day for 15 days. The experimentshowed that the number of red cells and Hb markedly elevated,markedly enhanced phargocytosis,increased number of T-lymphocytes in the peripheral blood, markedly elevated antibody formingcells to produce specific antibody, and increased weight of thymus. the nucleic acid significantlypromoted growth and development of mice and relieved fatique. When nucleic acid(4 mg/mouse)was adminsterd into stomach atdose of 0. 5 ml per day for 15 days,the uric acid content in serumshowed no significant change. Thus nucleic acid could be used widely clinically and in food.
