女性绝经后2型糖尿病患者血糖与血浆纤维蛋白原水平的关系

目的探讨糖尿病（DM）患者血浆纤维蛋白原（Fg）水平的变化。方法对73例女性绝经后2型糖尿病患者及80位女性绝经后健康对照者进行空腹血糖（FPG）、Fg、三酰甘油（TG）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）测定。结果2型糖尿病患者和健康对照组间，Fg、TG水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。病例组按有无并发症分组后，周围神经病并发症组与大血管并发症组Fg水平明显高于无并发症组（P〈0．05）。结论绝经后，女性糖尿病患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平较正常女性人群高，合并并发症组较无并发症组高。因此，纤维蛋白原可能参与糖尿病患者并发症的形成。

The relationship between glucose and flbrinogen in women postmenopausal with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the relationship between glucose and fibrinogen in patients female spostmenopausal of type 2 noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods It includes 73 women postmenopausal with verified NIDDM and 80 healthy women postmenopausal. Measure the levels of all samples of fast plasma glucose (FPG), plasma fibrinogen (Fg), plasma triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL). Results The plasma Fibrinogen levels and plasma TG in female patients with NIDDM were both sig-nificantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05). The subgroup according to with or without complications,showed the plasma fibrinogen levels of patients with neuropathies and vascular system complications were signifi-cantly higher than the patients without complications (P<0.05). Conclusion The plasma fibrinogen levels of female patients postmenopausal of NIDDM was higher than that of the healthy women postmenopausal. And in the subgroup of patients,the plasma fibrinogen levels with complications were higher than that of without com-plications. So fibrinogen may lead to the complications in patients with NIDDM.
