不同角度会阴侧切对产妇预后的影响

目的探讨不同会阴侧切角度对产妇预后的影响。方法将行会阴侧切术的300例初产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各150例。实验组行30°会阴切开术,对照组行45°会阴切开术。比较两组产妇切口缝合时间、产后坐起哺乳时间、住院天数,及切口疼痛、切口出血、切口愈合等情况。结果两组比较,实验组产妇切口缝合时间、产后坐起哺乳时间、住院天数,及切口疼痛、切口出血、切口愈合情况均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 30°会阴侧切切口小、缝合快、坐起哺乳时间早、住院时间短、疼痛轻、出血少、愈合好,适用于大部分产妇,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Different Episiotomy Angles on Maternal Outcomes

Objective To study the different episiotomy angles affecting maternal outcomes. Methods Primipara 300 cases of line episiotomy technique were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（ n = 150）. Line 30° episiotomy was done in the experimental group,and controls line 45° episiotomy was done in the control group. Comparing maternal incision suture time,postpartum sitting up lactation time,hospitalization days,incision pain,and bleeding and healing of incision in the two groups. Results After the comparison of the two groups,the 30° episiotomy in incision suture time,postpartum maternal lactation time,hospitalization days,incision pain,bleeding and healing of incision are better than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion There is 30° perineum side long piece,fast suture,sitting up early lactation time,shorter hospitalization time,less pain,less bleeding and good healing,so it is suitable for most women,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
