紧急事件应急晤谈对爆炸事故目击人员危机干预效果评估

目的探讨紧急事件应急晤谈(CISD)对特大爆炸事故目击人员早期心理危机干预的有效性。方法在中石化东黄输油管道泄露爆炸事故发生后第13天,对距离爆燃点10~50m的36名现场目击人员应用紧急事件应急晤谈进行心理危机干预。于爆燃事故后第13天、第3个月采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别进行两次心理评估。结果经过干预,爆炸事故目击人员的心理健康状况有显著性改善,SCL-90总分(t=8.49,P0.001)、躯体化(t=6.77,P0.001)、强迫(t=13.28,P0.001)、人际关系敏感(t=3.13,P0.01)、抑郁(t=9.08,P0.001)、焦虑(t=8.37,P0.001)、敌对(t=3.08,P0.01)、恐怖(t=4.16,P0.001)、偏执(t=7.02,P0.001)得分均有所下降。结论 CISD对灾难目击人员的早期危机干预是有效的。

The Effect Appraisal of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing on Crisis Intervention of Explosion-Accidents Witnesses

Objective To investigate the effect of critical incident stress debriefing on mental intervention of the explosion-accident witnesses.Methods 36 witnesses received CISD at day 13 after the Dongying-Huangdao pipeline explosion-accidents of SINOPEC, they were at distance of 10~50m to the burst point.The results were evaluated by SCL-90 at day 13 and 3 months after the accidents. Results There was significant difference in mental health status of the witnesses between before and after mental intervention.The fac-tors and total scores（t=8.49,P〈0.001）of SCL-90 were significantly lower,somatization（t=6.77,P〈0.001）,obsessive-compul-sive（t=13.28,P〈0.001）,interpersonal-sensitivity.（t=3.13,P〈0.01）,depression（t=9.08,P〈0.001）,anxiety（t=8.37,P〈0.001）,hostile（t=3.08,P〈0.01）,terrorist（t=4.16,P〈0.001）,and paranoid（t=7.02,P〈0.001）.Conclusion CISD is an ef-fective crisis intervention for disaster witnesses.
