| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血管标记物 CD34 ( QBend10 )在鉴别肝细胞癌和肝硬变中的作用。 方法 :采用免疫组化方法在 2 1例肝细胞癌、4例肝炎肝硬变、4例轻度肝炎组织中对肝窦血管 CD34的表达进行观察 ,并对上述组织进行网状纤维染色。 结果 :CD34在所有肝细胞癌中血窦标记阳性且染色强 ,而癌旁组织则标记阴性 ,肝硬变及肝炎组织均标记阴性。网织纤维染色在所有肝细胞癌中有减少。 结论 :CD34在肝细胞癌血窦中表达不同于其它肝病 ,因而在鉴别高分化肝细胞癌与肝硬变以及在细针穿刺活检中有重要价值

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the value of CD34(QBend1 0 ) in distinguishing between well- differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma and noncarcinoma lesions. Methods:Using im- munohistochemistry,CD34was detected in the blood vessels and sinusoids in2 1 cases of pri- mary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) ,4cases of cirrhosis and4cases of mild chronic hepati- tis. Results:Anti- CD34stained large numbers of sinusoids,usually with moderate to strong intensity in all of the HCC,tissues in the vicinity of the HCC,cirrhosis and hepatitis were slightly or negatively stained.Reticulin staining was decreased in some of HCC. Con- clusions:The marked expression of CD34by HCC sinusoids could be of practical value for distinguishing between highly differentiated HCC and cirrhotic liver tissue in the evaluation of resection margins of surgical specimens and for the assessment of fine needle biopsy speci- mens. |
