医院经济收入统计分析及预测

目的了解医院收入的构成和变化情况,优化医院资源配置,促进医院提高综合效益.方法对医院业务收入进行因素分析,作出业务收入合理评价;并应用相关直线回归分析方法对门诊以及住院收入进行预测.结果就诊病人人数的增加和出院病人人均费用增加,使医院业务收入大幅增长.预测2004年医院业务收入将达到7631.8万元.结论医院应通过努力提高统计指标的内在涵量,带动业务收入的提高.可适当扩大门诊规模,把有效的财力用在医院建设和发展项目上,以确保门诊第一线的需求.

The Statistical Analysis and Estimation of Hospital Economic Income

Objective To analyze the hospital economic income, understand the composition of the hospital income and changes, optimize the hospital resource allocation, and promote the hospital synthetic performance. Methods Using the established statistical index, a factor analysis of the hospital income was proceeded, the hospital income was evaluated reasonablly. In addition, using a linear-regression and correlation analysis, the future outpatient income and inpatient income was predicted . Results The increment of the patient and the increment of the average cost of every discharged patient made the hospital business income increased significantly. The expected hospital income in 2004 year may approach 76.318 million RMB? Conclusion Increase of the connotation of statistical index may bring along the exaltation of the hospital business. The hospital should expand properly the scope of the out-patient department by arranging a construction project financing for meeting the outpatient requirement.
