医院信息系统信息质量现状分析

对医院信息系统(Hospital Information System，HIS)信息质量抽样调查发现，医院信息质量普遍存在不同程度的质量缺陷。其缺陷分布于医院各类信息，包括病人一般信息、医疗信息、医疗费用、统计信息及医院医疗质量管理等信息。缺陷主要表现为原始数据采集不完整、数据不准确等。分析信息缺陷所造成的后果，一方面直接影响统计信息的质量和利用，另一方面会造成医院决策或战略计划的失误。因此，提高各级领导以及广大医务人员对信息质量认识，建立医院信息质量管理办法，实行有效的医院信息质量的核查与临控措施至关重要。

Analysis of the current situation of information quality(IQ) of HIS

A sampling survey of IQ of HIS has led to the discovery that quality defects exist in varying degrees in the quality of most hospital information, including general patient information, medical information, and information about medical expenses, statistics and medical quality management of hospitals. Displayed mainly in the form of incomplete collection of raw data and inexact data, these defects will not only directly affect the quality and application of the statistical information but also result in the failure of decisions or strategic planning of hospitals. Thus it is of utmost importance to enhance IQ awareness of leaders at various levels and the great majority of medical workers, work out methods for hospital IQ management and adopt effective measures of hospital IQ inspection and supervision.
