重型颅脑外伤血糖水平与白细胞变化及其对病情预后关系的研究

目的：探讨重型颅脑外伤患者血液中的血糖水平、白细胞及中性粒细胞计数与格拉斯哥（GCS）评分之间的关系并分析其和患者病情预后的关系。方法：对173例重型颅脑外伤患者外周血，检测血液中的血糖浓度、白细胞及中性粒细胞数，并按照GCS评分分为轻、中、重3组。结果：随着GCS评分的降低血液中的血糖浓度、白细胞及中性粒细胞数升高的越明显，具有明显相关性，且患者急性期时血糖浓度越高、白细胞计数越大预后就越差。结论：重型颅脑外伤后血液中的血糖浓度、白细胞及中性粒细胞数可作为判断颅脑外伤预后的一项客观指标。

Research on the level of plasma glucose and the count of leukocyte to serious craniocerebral trauma and its influence on prognosis

Objective： To explore the relationship among the level of plasma glucose,the count of white blood cell （WBC） or heterophil granulocyte,and the score of GCS in serious craniocerebral trauma and to analyze the relationship of those changes with the prognosis of those patients. Methods： Plasma glucose,heterophil granulocyte and WBS were performed in 173 serious cranlocerebral trauma patients in our division who were divided into three groups according to the score of GCS. Results： The higher the blood sugar,heterophil granulocyte and WBS,the worse the prognosis of patient. Conclusion： The blood sugar,heterophil granulocyte and WBS can be used as a prognosis index for craniocerebral trauma.
