温胃舒配合三联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡随机对照临床研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨温胃舒配合三联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床效果。[方法]选取64例在我院诊治的脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者,随机分成两组,治疗组32例采用温胃舒配合三联疗法进行治疗,对照组32例采用单纯的三联疗法进行治疗,跟踪观察两组患者的治疗过程,同时记录所有的实验数据。[结果]治疗组治愈15例,显效8例,好转6例,无效3例,治疗有效率为90.60%;对照组治愈12例,显效5例,好转6例,无效9例,治疗有效率为71.90%。[结论]临床上治疗采用温胃舒配合三联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the Wenweishu with triple therapy treating deficient cold of spleenstomach of clinical effect of peptic ulcer.[Methods]Choice 64 cases in my hospital for treatment deficient cold type of spleen-stomach of peptic ulcer patients,randomly divided into two groups,observer group of 32 cases,using Wenweishu with triple therapy in treating,32 cases in the control group,treated by triple therapy,following two groups of patients in the treatment process,and recording all the experimental data.[Results]In the observation group,cured in 15 cases,8 cases were effective,improved in 6 cases,3 cases were invalid,the effective rate of treatment was 90.60%;In the control group,12 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were improved,9 cases were invalid,the effective rate of treatment was 71.90%[.Conclusion] In the clinical use of Wenweishu combined with triple therapy in the treatment of spleen deficiency type of peptic ulcer was more effective,it is worthy of clinical application.
