某医院质子泵抑制剂注射剂应用分析

目的：了解某医院质子泵抑制剂注射剂的使用现状。方法：以某三甲综合性医院2010年住院病人为研究对象，对期间至少使用过1次质子泵抑制剂注射剂的住院患者经简单随机抽样进行回顾性调查，评价质子泵抑制剂注射剂使用的合理性。结果：共调查病例1920例，仅9．9％（190／1920）的病例合理使用质子泵抑制剂注射剂。不合理使用主要表现为用药指征不合理，占76．3％（1465／1920）。91．4％（1755／1920）的病例以预防性用药为主，而以预防应激性溃疡为目的的病例占50．3％（967／1920）。结论：应建立质子泵抑制剂的合理用药指南，加强用药干预，以改善质子泵抑制剂的不合理使用现状。

Analysis on the use of intravenous proton pump inhibitors

Objective： To investigate the current application of intravenous proton pump inhibitors in the hospital. Methods： The medical records of patients using intravenous proton pump inhibitors at least once were chosen by simple random sampling for retrospective analysis on the rationality of prescribing intravenous proton pump inhibitors in inpatients of one comprehensive hospital in 2010. Results： In all of 1920 cases, only 9.9% （190/1920） of patients used intravenous proton pump inhibitors appropriately. The main manifestation of inappropriate use of intravenous proton pump inhibitors was improper indication, which accounted for 76.3% （1465/1920）. 91.4% （1755/1920） of cases used proton pump inhibitors for prophylaxis, and 50.3% （967/1920） used for stress ulcer prophylaxis. Conclusion： It is suggested to establish guidelines on rational use of proton pump inhibitors and enhance medication interventional measures, in order to change the situation of inappropriate utilization.
