| 摘 要： | 长期氧疗经MRC与NOTT两项试验被证明可以提高严重低氧的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)患者的生存率, 长期氧疗已成为COPD患者治疗中不可替代的一部分。本文在总结了常见氧疗方法及优缺点基础上, 综述了近年来长期氧疗应用于COPD、间质性肺病、心衰等严重低氧疾病的治疗效果和进展, 以及目前氧疗中存在的不足。随着氧疗在临床应用的不断拓展, 需要高质量的临床试验来证实氧疗应用的效果, 开展经严格设计的、多中心的前瞻性研究将对不断规范完善氧疗意义重大。

| Abstract: | Long-term oxygen therapy was demonstrated to improve survival in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with severe hypoxia by MRC and NOTT trials. Long-term oxygen therapy is necessary for the treatment of COPD. This review aims to summarize the effects of long term oxygen therapy for the treatment of COPD, interstitial lung disease, heart failure, and other severe hypoxic diseases. We also list common methods and deficiencies in the application of oxygen therapy. With the increasing implement of oxygen therapy, high quality clinical trials are needed to demonstrate the effects of oxygen therapy. The rigorous-designed, multicenters, prospective studies will be great helpful to guide oxygen therapy in the future. |
